- If Pearbae cancels or reschedules an event, eligible guests will be offered a refund or credit towards a future Pearbae experience, as communicated by the Pearbae team.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and their own conduct during the event. Pearbae will not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, or personal injury, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- Pearbae Privé is built around discretion and mutual respect. Guests are expected to respect the privacy of fellow attendees and must not record, photograph, film, share, or distribute another guest's image, personal information, contact details, or conversations without their consent.
- Pearbae or its authorised representatives may capture photographs and/or videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes. By attending, guests acknowledge and consent to such photography and videography, subject to applicable law.
